Dennis Leonetti

I have completed over 1,400 appraisals for medical equipment and I am now serving as the local Chapter Treasurer of the Denver Chapter of the ASA.

Dennis Leonetti is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers and has been evaluating, leasing, buying, and selling industrial and commercial assets since 1966.  Dennis Leonetti received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA.  Mr. Leonetti is available for fee appraisal assignment.
As an adjunct to asset appraisals, Mr. Leonetti maintains his contacts in the leasing and financial industries. 
Mr. Leonetti has been active in all types of equipment transactions for over 40 years. This includes equipment transactions involving doctor offices, hospitals clinics, and surgery centers.
Mr. Leonetti’s resume is highlighted with careers as a Large Account Representative for IBM, as a Founder and President of WebPort, Inc., a successful Internet Company, and as a Vice President of PNC Financial Corporation, a Pittsburgh Headquartered Bank.
Mr. Leonetti is the past President and the past Programs Chairman of the Denver Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers. He is currently the local ASA Chapter’s Treasurer and is in compliance with all of the Society’s programs and requirements.


Cameron Seglem


Cameron Seglem is an Accredited Member ("AM") for the American Society of Appraisers in the Machinery and Technical Specialty equipment ("MTS") discipline. Cameron has extensive experience appraising medical and industrial equipment for firms that include but are not limited to: surgery centers, imaging centers, optometry offices, diagnostic clinics, fertility clinics, OBGYN, general medical equipment for internal and family medical practices, breweries, restaurants, over the road trucks and trailers, and general contracting construction equipment. Furthermore Mr. Seglem has performed full spectrum appraisals for M&A, dissolution, refinancing, and collateral documentation on a Fair Market Value ("FMV"), Fair Value ("FV"), and liquidation basis.
